6 dumbbell burpee broad jumps, 50lb bells
8 towel pull-ups - 5 mile run -or- 5x 400m sprint w/ 1 min rest between laps
Mandatory accessories:
- Dynamic sit-up->box jump 3x20
- Leg extensions, 3x8
- Leg curls, 3x8
