    8 weighted chin-ups
    15 weighted dips
  3. Tabata
    Weighted planks
  4. 3x8 Bulgarian split squats
Conditioning:

  1. 5 rounds
    1 sports-specific agility drill
    10 dynamic sit-up->broad jump
